An amber wine made the traditional Georgian way from the native Rkatsiteli grape (70%) and Kisi (30%)i. 6 Months (in clay Quevri) and Oak Barrels.
Ripe aromas of persimmon, sweet spice and ginger with a creamy yet textured palate. Although delicate, each flavour is well defined and distinct with a long, moreish finish.
