The perfect combination of precise winemaking and ideal cool-climate terroir lie behind this fine, aromatic Grüner Veltliner. Whilst the nose shows classic mandarin and white pepper aromas, the judicious use of new French oak and lees ageing contribute a salty, savouriness to the palate. Although the wine will continue to age well, there are already complex tertiary flavours developing.
